About the Project
Empowering Jordanian youth with leadership tools and political participation through intensive theoretical and practical training.
The Political School for Youth Leaders aims to empower Jordanian youth with leadership tools and political participation through an intensive program combining theoretical knowledge and practical application, focusing on strategic thinking, decision-making, and organized political work. The program emphasizes practice-based learning, with participants developing political and community initiatives that were actually implemented, enhancing their readiness for public engagement and achieving tangible impact in their communities.
Target Group
Directly: 20 young men and women interested in political participation and public work in Irbid governorate. Indirectly: 350 people from the local community.
Key Results
Built capacities of 20 young men and women in effective leadership and decision-making skills.
Raised awareness of election laws and political parties in Jordan.
Designed and implemented 3 community initiatives in Irbid governorate.
Prepared a policy paper on challenges facing youth, women, and persons with disabilities in political life.
